CARE & MAINTENANCE
To prolong the life of your flowers:
• Should you wish to keep your bouquet in its presentation wrapping, simply replenish the water source with fresh water daily.
• Avoid spraying water directly onto the blooms, as excess moisture may shorten the life of delicate petals.
• Carefully remove all packaging and place the bouquet in a clean vase filled with fresh, room-temperature water.
• Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline.
• Recut the stems by 1–2 cm at a 45-degree angle every two to three days.
• Refresh the water regularly to maintain optimal hydration.
• Display your arrangement in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, drafts, and ripening fruit.
DELIVERY Terms
Delivery windows are selected at checkout, and all deliveries are made within a 3-hour time slot. While we take great care to ensure timely arrival, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please ensure all delivery details provided are accurate and complete at the time of ordering.
To ensure your flowers arrive in optimal condition, we recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery where possible. Upon receipt, flowers should be brought indoors promptly and placed away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will, where appropriate, leave the bouquet in a safe location or arrange re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may be subject to an additional fee.
Responsibility for the flowers passes to the recipient once delivery has been completed.
Should you require any assistance regarding your order, kindly contact us within 2-hours of delivery, and our team will be pleased to assist.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All orders are final once confirmed.
Cancellations are not permitted after order confirmation. However, minor amendments (such as updates to delivery details or message card text) may be requested within 12 hours of order confirmation, subject to availability and feasibility.
No refunds will be provided for change of mind.
As flowers are natural and perishable products, slight variations in colour, shape, and bloom are to be expected and are part of the inherent character of each arrangement.
Refunds or replacements are only considered in the case of severely damaged items upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 2-hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence must be provided for assessment and review.
